Hi everyone! I’m Lauren — Licensed Esthetician, 3x Certified Lash Artist + a 2025 & 2026 Sanford/Springvale Best of the Best Award Winner, as well as the BEST OF THE 207 Bronze Spray Tanning Salon winner. It’s wild to think it’s already been almost 4 years of doing what I love as of July 9th! Before diving into esthetics, I studied Health Studies & Nutrition at Bridgewater State, and that passion for wellness still drives me. Helping you feel confident is truly the best part of this job 💕 And down the road, I’m hoping to bring even more wellness into my space through health + nutrition services! All appointments that are left and available are under the booking tab! :) If there is a specific time you’d like to request feel free to use the waitlist feature, the appointment may not be guaranteed but we can see if it works. • Please read policies listed to do with the services you are booking before completion of the booking process. (If there are any listed for that service.) • All services will now require ATLEAST a 30% non-refundable deposit due to a handful of no-call no-shows since opening. If you cancel your appointment before the 24 hr cancellation window your deposit will be refundable or transferrable. (Also based on cancellation reason.) Cancelling less than 24 hrs before totals a 50% kept fees due to the deposit & the cancellation fee • Please note: if you are uncomfortable laying still for more than 2.5+ hours it is not recommended to book another service on top of a full set of lashes. This applies if you think you’ll be antsy after 2 hrs as well as it will slow down the appointment if you are not still. General appointment lengths are listed when booking for reference. • Refer a friend and they will receive 15% off of their first service, you will also receive 15% off of your next service after they come in. • NO REFUNDS will be given on any completed service. ****** NO CALL NO SHOWS****** for those who have no call no showed you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total for the new appointment. The deposit will go towards the service if you show up but will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. If you no call no showed a second time you will be blocked from booking. Lash Extensions - • Please show up to appointment with clean lashes. Although I give a lash bath before every lash service, any extra clean up will take away from our appointment time. • Any lashes after the 3 week fill period are considered to be needing a full set. • If you have any problems with your lashes within the first 48 hours please let me know Chemical Peels- • Anyone who would like a chemical peel will need to come in at-least for a Signature Facial (or facial of choice) before getting a chemical peel to ensure you are the right fit for the service. Facials & Waxing- • Please let me know of any possible contraindications you may have before I perform the service when you come to your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits paid at 30% will go towards your service total when you come in & is transferrable or refundable as long as you cancel within the correct cancellation time period. *The appointment cancellation time period will now be to cancel at least 24hrs in advance (except for emergencies or being sick.)* * LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS * as mentioned, besides emergencies/certain areas of sickness, will be charged an additional 20% cancellation fee ON TOP OF THE 30% deposit starting as of 4/28/2024 due to increased last minute cancellations + no-shows.
